Our physical and emotional health governs virtually everything we do. Our wellness, our relationships, our happiness, our work and our rest. It cannot be over emphasised that there are consequences to everything we do. The affects of which have the potential to ripple out through every aspect of our lives. Without conscious intervention, these will only become greater, especially as we age. Modern lifestyles and concepts push our bodies beyond their limits.

We all have a history. Our health, injuries and previous exercise experiences. It's highly likely that we'll also have pre-existing beliefs and concepts of what 'health and fitness' is, which can often be detrimental to the very thing we're wanting. We are all beautifully unique and different, and so, we all progress at differing rates.
You'll learn invaluable skills, that we'll continue to build on and adapt, working towards forming embedded habits, that will filter down into every aspect of your life. Your work, your sleep, the way you eat, the way you move and exercise. Different skills will be combined and exercises progressed to continually challenge you. You will grow in knowledge and health, becoming more efficient and stable in the way you move, with greater strength and power. Movement will become autonomous, as you learn to listen to your body and understand how to use and care for it. Then there really is no limit to what you can do!
